Caroline is a local artist who uses the processes of etching, drawing, painting, relief printing and sewing to create unique drawings, paintings, collages and editioned artworks that celebrate the small things that make up life and make life more enjoyable, in particular seasonal shifts and the special value of everyday experience.
She has worked part time in her studio in Federal for over 25 years. The surrounding countryside and the wonderful experience of living close to nature informed her work. She moved to East Ballina earlier this year and is excited to find new inspiration from living near the coast. Joining BACCI has enabled her to network with a new group of artists and craftspeople who also inspire her with their varied working methods, media and subject matter.
Caroline regularly exhibits her etchings and paintings on the fourth Sunday of the month in the Moller Pavilion at Bangalow Market with the “Art There” artist’s collective Pop Up Gallery.
